Alaska Takes the Spotlight with a Full Day of Frozen Fun
With sweeping glaciers, towering mountains, and ever-changing light, Alaska is cinematic by nature. This summer, Disney Cruise Line pairs that breathtaking backdrop with Frozen-inspired storytelling created especially for Alaska sailings aboard the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic.
Guests can experience For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, a heartwarming live show filled with music and performed on the upper deck.
Led by Royal Historians and joined by Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff, guests are invited to sing along as the story of Disney’s Frozen unfolds.
Set against Alaska’s awe-inspiring scenery, the celebration blends playful moments with the beloved music and story fans know and love. With lyrics displayed on-screen, the experience encourages everyone to sing together and become part of the story.
For many families, it’s a fresh way to enjoy a fan favorite at sea while surrounded by one of the world’s most stunning destinations.
More Frozen Fun Throughout the Day
The Frozen Sing-Along Celebration is part of a full day of Frozen-themed experiences available on select Alaska sailings, including:
Anna’s Frozen Fun Hunt - a scavenger hunt-style activity designed for families to explore and play together.
Oaken’s Maypole Swirl & Twirl - an atrium dance celebration filled with music and movement for guests of all ages.
A Frozen-themed dining experience - featuring traditional Nordic fare created for the celebration, along with dishes inspired by the hit movie, in a feast fit for royalty.
Together, these experiences bring Frozen-themed fun throughout the day, both on and off the stage, turning an Alaska sailing into a true bucket-list adventure.
Broadway Stars Series Takes the Stage on Alaska Sailings
Guests who love live theater can also experience the Broadway Stars Series on select Disney Cruise Line voyages, including select Disney Wonder and Disney Magic sailings.
Curated by Susan Egan, Godmother of the Disney Destiny, along with Adam J. Levy of 10th & Main Productions, the series brings Broadway and West End performers onboard to share live performances and behind-the-scenes stories from the world of theater. Featured talent will vary by sailing.
Deck Parties That Bring the Energy
From sailaway celebrations to high-energy dance parties under the open sky, the upper decks transform into the ultimate stage where music, favorite Disney characters, and shared moments bring the entire ship together from the very start of the voyage.
Let’s Set Sail
Entertainment enhancements this summer also include the continued rollout of Let’s Set Sail across the Disney Cruise Line fleet in 2026 as the signature sail-away deck stage show.
Hosted by Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, the lively celebration welcomes guests aboard with upbeat music, favorite Disney characters, and a festive atmosphere that sets the tone for the adventure ahead.
Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party
This spring, Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party expands to additional sailings, bringing its vibrant energy to more itineraries across the fleet. After launching on the Disney Wonder in March, the party debuts on the Disney Magic in May on select sailings.
Set against a spinning virtual color wheel, guests can dance alongside Mickey Mouse and friends to upbeat versions of iconic Disney songs, with plenty of opportunities to join in, move, and share the experience together.
A Fresh Pirate Adventure with Mickey and Minnie on Select Sailings
Later this year, select Disney Cruise Line sailings will debut Mickey & Minnie’s Pirates in the Caribbean, an updated pirate experience inspired by the adventurous spirit of the high seas.
The experience arrives this spring aboard the Disney Wonder and debuts on the Disney Magic following the Alaska season. Guests can enjoy lively music, interactive moments, and appearances by favorite Disney characters dressed in their pirate attire.
In addition to the festivities, select pirate-themed activities will continue evolving by ship and sailing, including the newly updated Match Your Matey, which now welcomes friends and groups beyond couples for a playful new twist on pirate nights at sea.
