This year's festival kicked off on July 15th and will be running until November 20th! This means you have 128 days to enjoy all the tasty treats this year's festival has to offer. Looking for some of this year's highlights? You're in the right place.
Let's face it, sometimes you just have a "favorite" and that's ok! We won't tell the other booths. ;)
Dishes like the Kalua Pork Slider from the Hawai'i booth, as well as the Shimmering Sips Booth's Shimmering Strawberry Soft-serve and Mimosa flight!
NEW TO THE CREW While enjoying your favorites is always a must, you definitely don't want to miss out on all the fun new booths that arrived at this year's event like the Noodle Exchange Booth, which features dishes like:
Traditional Spicy Vietnamese Beef Pho with Shaved Beef, Enoki Mushrooms, and Thai Basil (gluten-friendly!)
Char Siu Pork Udon with Enoki Mushrooms, Bok Choy, and Soy Pickled Egg
Shrimp and Coconut Curry Rice Noodles with Shiitake Mushrooms and Thai Basil (gluten-friendly!)
Tofu Pho with Enoki Mushrooms and Thai Basil (gluten-friendly!)
Another new fun booth is The Swanky Saucy Swine Booth featuring:
Crispy Barbecue Pork Rinds with Pimento Cheese (gluten-friendly!)
Roasted Porchetta with Pork-fat Roasted Rosemary Potatoes and Lemon-Parsley Salsa Verde (gluten-friendly!)
Soy-glazed Sticky Ribs with Green Onions and Peanuts
Crispy Pig Ear Salad with Fire Roasted Tomatillo Sauce, Pickled Red Onions, Queso Fresco, Roasted Corn Salsa, and Avocado Cream (gluten-friendly!)
If you are a cheese fan, prepare to be amazed by the pimento cheese on the dish shown here. Our agent loved it so much she took it with her to the next booth to use as a dip. :)
Other fun new experiences are the Brew-Wing at the EPCOT Experience booth which features.... you guessed it, wings (and flatbreads), as well as the Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina booth which showcases some amazing Morocco inspired dishes.
But the fun doesn't stop there! Even more amazing offerings open on October 1st when Walt Disney World kicks off its Most Magical Celebration on Earth with the 50th Anniversary!
DID SOMEONE SAY CHEESE?
As we mentioned above about the pimento cheese, if you consider yourself a true fan of all things cheddar you won't want to miss out on this year's experience Emile's Fromage Montage, which is a cheesy adventure around the World Showcase. On this quest, guests will experience dishes like Griddled Cheese from the Greece booth and Schinkennudeln from the Germany booth and collect stamps along the way. Get 5 stamps and this super tasty treat is waiting for you at the finish line! Plus you get to keep the cup!
