MAGICAL MOMENTS VACATIONS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
All travel carries the possibility of inherent risks. It is important that you understand your responsibilities related to your travel arrangements. When you make a reservation, you and those on whose behalf you are booking enter into an agreement with Magical Moments Vacations and with the suppliers who provide services for your vacation, tour, or group package. All reservations are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Travel Insurance
I acknowledge that I have been informed that travel insurance is available to protect my travel investment. I understand that travel insurance offers specific benefits and has limitations, and that coverage varies by policy. I have been advised to review the full policy details provided by the insurance company and to contact the insurer directly with any questions about coverage or how the policy applies to my personal circumstances. I also understand that my personal medical insurance may not provide coverage outside of the United States.
If I choose not to purchase travel insurance, I understand that I may not be covered for:
Lost or delayed luggage
Missed Connections or Delays
Emergency medical and/or dental assistance
Emergency medical evacuation or air lift
Emergencies at home affecting me or my immediate family
Death of myself or an immediate family member
Supplier default and/or bankruptcy
Any other covered circumstances as outlined in the offered travel insurance policy
I understand that I may lose up to 100% of the cost of my cruise, vacation package, or travel arrangements, plus any applicable cancellation fees, if my trip is cancelled or delayed.
Using Our Services
Magical Moments Vacations provides services to:
Assist in researching travel destinations
Facilitate the booking of travel-related services
These services are provided solely for personal and non-commercial use.
By using our services, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts
You will use our services lawfully and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions
All information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete
If booking on behalf of others, you confirm that:
You have obtained their authorization
You have informed them of all applicable terms, rules, and restrictions
You accept responsibility for all payments, change requests, cancellations, and related matters
Credit Cards and Chargebacks
If a travel supplier is unable to provide contracted services, your remedy lies with the supplier and not Magical Moments Vacations.
You agree that:
You will not dispute or charge back payments submitted to suppliers on your behalf
You are responsible for any costs incurred by Magical Moments Vacations due to chargebacks, including attorney’s fees
You are authorized to approve all charges made to the credit card(s) provided
Booking Agent Disclosure
Magical Moments Vacations acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers and is not the source or provider of travel services.
You acknowledge that:
The listed suppliers are responsible for providing purchased services
Magical Moments Vacations is not liable if a supplier:
Fails to deliver contracted services
Fails to comply with applicable laws
Commits negligent acts or omissions resulting in injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience
Foreign Governments and Supplier Requirements
Foreign governments and suppliers may impose or change:
Entry requirements
Health or medical requirements
Safety or quarantine requirements
You agree that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with these requirements and that Magical Moments Vacations will not be held responsible for travel disruptions resulting from such actions.
Reservations and Payments
Payment terms vary by supplier or group package and are outlined on your invoice or contract.
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment
Checks or money orders (USD only) are accepted and payable to:

Additional terms:
A $50 processing fee applies to all checks and money orders
No processing fee applies to credit cards or gift cards
Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit is received
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation and applicable fees
Review of Booking Information
I have reviewed all itineraries, confirmations, and booking details provided by Magical Moments Vacations and verify accuracy, including:
Travel dates and pricing
Passenger names and dates of birth (if shown)
Accommodations, transportation, and activities
All names must exactly match passport or government-issued identification.
Supplier-Imposed Price Increases
I understand that suppliers may impose post-purchase price increases due to:
Taxes or government fees
Fuel surcharges
Exchange rate fluctuations
I authorize Magical Moments Vacations to process additional charges after notification.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply according to the terms outlined on the contract, itinerary, or invoice.
Travel Documents
You are responsible for presenting required travel documents.
Key requirements include:
Passport validity of at least six months beyond return date
Exact name matching between ticket and passport
Passport cards valid only for land or sea crossings
Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied services with no refund.
Magical Moments Vacations is not responsible if a traveler is denied entry into a country or boarding of a carrier based on their personal legal or criminal history. Many nations may deny entry to individuals with past convictions for DUI/DWI, felonies, misdemeanors, or outstanding child support arrears. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to research and verify their eligibility to enter their destination country. We strongly recommend consulting with the relevant embassy or legal counsel prior to booking if you have concerns regarding your legal status. All cancellation fees and penalties resulting from a denial of entry remain the responsibility of the traveler
Privacy and TSA Requirements
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires:
Full name
Date of birth
Gender
Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied boarding or travel delays.
Air Transportation
Magical Moments Vacations is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations. Airline penalties may apply for changes or cancellations.
Baggage
Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage is the responsibility of the supplier, not Magical Moments Vacations.
Special Requests
Hotel and travel preferences (including bedding, location, or amenities) are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
Force Majeure
Magical Moments Vacations is not liable for delays, losses, or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including Acts of God.
Liability Limitation
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Magical Moments Vacations is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Claims
All claims must:
Be submitted in writing
Be received within 30 days of the event
Late claims will not be considered.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall:
Be governed by Ohio law
Be filed in Hancock County, Ohio, or the home state of the MMV travel advisor
Acceptance of Terms
Authorization of payment or payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
