If you love beads, bold flavors, and big energy, get ready — the party’s coming back. Universal Orlando officially confirmed that their beloved Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval returns to Universal Studios Florida from February 7 through April 4, 2026.

Dazzling parades - every night: Expect glittering floats, stilt-walkers, street performers, and a whole lot of beads flying through the air.
Global cuisine galore: The event’s signature “International Flavors” aren’t just for show. Food kiosks and booths will serve up everything from Cajun classics to global dishes inspired by Carnaval traditions worldwide.
Live concert nights: On select evenings, the park transforms into a concert venue. Past years have featured big names; while the 2026 lineup is still under wraps, you can bet the music will bring the party.
